Pastor Steve
Pastor Steve (pictured with his lovely wife, Annette) grew up in Fergus Falls, MN. He graduated from Luther College in Decorah, IA, where he met his wife, Annette White, a Wisconsin girl from Rhinelander. After a short term as a naval officer, Steve began his business career as a salesman. Seven years later God called him into the ministry of proclaiming the Lord Jesus Christ. After graduating from seminary, he has been used by God to bring life and salvation in Christ to others through congregations in Minnesota, Washington, Iowa, Oregon, Texas and South Carolina.
Associate Pastor Jeff
Associate Pastor Jeff Valentine and his wife, Karen are charter members of Rejoice! They have been married since September 1, 1990. They have two adult daughters, Amber and Grace. Jeff is currently enrolled with the Beyond the River Academy as a pastoral student and looks forward to completing his studies in the near future. Jeff is also employed as a deputy with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office and has been serving the citizens of Spartanburg County since August of 1997. His ministry focus is proclaiming the infallible truth of God’s word and being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ through acts of love and service.
